For stamping workshop, there are total 28 sets of stamping machines with different tonnages are from 16 tons to 160 tons, including 8 sets of high precision press machines and 2 sets of numerical control systems with touch screens.
For die-casting workshop, there are 17 sets of machines among which 2 sets apply cold chamber die-casting.
For plastic injecting workshop, there are 7 numerical control machines, using the top level raw material which can guarantee the high quality of our plastic products.
Furthermore, with 19 years of mould developing experience, equipped with 2 sets of computer – controlled maching centre imported from america, and over 40 set of digital control wire-cutters and electric spark machines, we can make various high precision custom-made moulds.

For surface treatment workshop, there are total 15 plating lines among which 9 for rack plating, and 6 for barrel plating to make various finishes such as zinc(silver or yellow), bright nickel, satin crome, brass, dull nickel, satin bronze, PVD, and anodic oxidation treatment, etc. Also, we imported a antomation line from German which offers good quality powder coating surface with any color available.
